How do I check my email?

To check your legacy mailbox, please follow either A or B:

A - Via our webmail:

  1. Log in to
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Type your password then click Login.

B - Via an email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.). Settings to apply are as follows:
  1. POP: (default and TLS port: 110 / SSL port: 995).
  2. SMTP: (default and TLS port: 25 or 587 / SSL port: 465).
  3. IMAP: (default and TLS port: 143 / SSL port: 993).

Note: It can take up to four hours for the mailbox to be activated. Please note that our outgoing mail server requires authentication.
