Please note that our outgoing mail server (SMTP) requires authentication with same credentials as the incoming server.
To ensure email reception, please verify that your domain has the following MX records already configured. Normally, these records are configured automatically if the domain is using our name servers.

To avoid that your emails are flagged as spam, you need to ensure that the following SPF value is configured as both TXT and SPF records:

If the domain is using our name servers, you can verify them in the DNS zone of the
domain in your EuroDNS account: domain names > active > click on manage on the right of the domain > click on manage zone.
If the MX and/or the TXT and SPF records are not yet configured there, you need to set them. In the DNS zone of the domain click on "Add DNS record", select MX, and then TXT and SPF.
If the domain uses name servers of a different operator, you need to contact them to configure these DNS records on your domain.
IMPORTANT: We recommend you use the following ports and encryption methods to connect to the mail servers:
POP: 995 SSL
IMAP: 993 SSL
SMTP: 587 TLS
