What are the MX records I have to apply for the EuroDNS Email product?

To ensure email reception, please verify that your domain has the following MX records already configured. Normally, these records are configured automatically if the domain is using our name servers.

host or subdomain server priority TTL
@ mx001.dclux.xion.oxcs.net. 10 3600 or 1 hour
@ mx002.dclux.xion.oxcs.net. 10 3600 or 1 hour
@ mx003.dclux.xion.oxcs.net. 10 3600 or 1 hour
@ mx004.dclux.xion.oxcs.net. 10 3600 or 1 hour

To avoid that your emails are flagged as spam, you need to ensure that the following SPF value is configured as both TXT and SPF records:

Host or subdomain: @
Text or Sender Policy Rule: v=spf1 mx ip4:80.92.77.0/24 ip4:80.92.93.137 ip4:80.92.93.145 ip4:80.92.93.146 ip4:80.92.93.147 ip4:80.92.93.148 ip4:80.92.93.149 ip4:80.92.65.216 ip4:185.27.181.16 ip4:185.27.181.92 -all

If the domain is using our name servers, you can verify them in the DNS zone of the
domain in your EuroDNS account: domain names > active > click on manage on the right of the domain > click on manage zone.

If the MX and/or the TXT and SPF records are not yet configured there, you need to set them. In the DNS zone of the domain click on "Add DNS record", select MX, and then TXT and SPF.

If the domain uses name servers of a different operator, you need to contact them to configure these DNS records on your domain.
